Please come to welcome the stillness and sweetness of Shabbat at the end of another very hard week in the world. We will offer each other the gift of singing and praying and learning and being together. This week’s parsha has some big iconic Jewish moments — the creation of the golden calf, the commandment to observe Shabbat, and the smashing of the first set of tablets — all of which can lead us to think about holiness and how we find it, notice it, and create it.
