Come to Tikkun v’Or for a concert of songs from HIDDEN, a musical by David & Jenny Heitler-Klevans based on the true story of Ruth Kapp Hartz, who was a “hidden child” as a young Jewish girl in France during World War II. David & Jenny will perform songs from their musical, giving context and outlining the story, and will also show a few video clips from a full production of the show. In addition to the overt meaning within the story, these songs are intended to make connections with current social justice issues and events. After a 1-hour performance, David & Jenny will lead a discussion about issues raised by the program.
