The Bund was secular. Is its vision necessarily separate from Judaism?
The Bund was based in Yiddish culture. Can its vision and practice be expanded beyond its Eastern European origin to non-Ashkenazi and non-Yiddish speakers?
The Bund attempted to create a “Jewish left” as an integral yet separate part of the broader left movement. What does its goal and its failure say to us today?
How do the Bund’s views on Zionism resemble or differ from our own?
Could the Bund’s vision be applicable today? Why or why not? If so, how?
