What a sweet gift that Shabbat comes around every single week, to give us another opportunity to be together to step out of time and into prayer and song and study. This week, the attribute of Netzach (endurance) will guide us through the service, delivering us into the lap of a challenging little Torah portion (Emor), which, in addition to it challenges, lays out all of our precious holidays and obligations, including the counting of the Omer, right here in the very middle of us counting the Omer!
