Congregation Tikkun v'Or (Ithaca Reform Temple) is proud to affiliate with IAUJC. We are especially grateful for their support our Religious School program, through a grant for tuition assistance and family programmming. We urge members to support the work of IAUJC.
IAUJC is an important way in which Jews inIthacaconnect to other Jewish people locally, inIsrael, and around the world. We strive to further the traditional values of caring for one another and repairing the world. Through our organization, Jews everywhere get support, encouragement and strength.
The Board acts to organize the raising of funds and allocation of charitable gifts from the greater Ithaca community and distributes them locally and to the national organization United Jewish Communities (UJC). The UJC then distributes funds to national and international organizations.
The IAUJC is pleased to be a part of the PJ Library Program, sending Jewish-content books and music on a monthly basis to children from age six months to age seven years. Created by The Harold Grinspoon Foundation, The PJ Library is funded nationally in partnership with The Harold Grinspoon Foundation.
If you have or know a Jewish child in Tompkins County who would love free Jewish books and music, find out more about the PJ Library.
