Congregation Tikkun v'Or (Ithaca Reform Temple) operates on the following leadership model:
The Temple board and executive officers are voted in to office by congregation members at the annual temple meeting.
The Temple Presidents are leaders of the Temple Board.
The executive officers oversee the smooth functioning of the temple and board.
State of the Congregation: May 2011
At the Congregation Tikkun v’Or May 2011 Annual Meeting, co-president Joel Tabb presented “State of the Congregation: A Congregational Conversation.” This presentation discussed our successes from the past year and gave an honest snapshot of our fiscal status. There was a discussion of the costs of building maintenance and religious leadership, as well as a frank discussion of how we currently finance our synagogue.
